Temple returns for more

DSC_7276-2Streatham Redskins can reveal that young prospect Eddie Temple will be back for the 2013/14 season.

A rookie with the Redskins last season, Eddie saw action on all three lines and appeared 31 times in the NIHL scoring two goals and seven assists.

Composed on the puck and with good hands, Temple impressed in his first senior season with Slough in 2011/12 and was originally brought to Streatham last summer by former Coach Barry Spours.

A junior with Guildford, Bracknell and Slough, Temple had his best years with the latter’s under 18’s when he notched 27 goals in only 15 games back in 2010/11.

“Eddie only young but he really knows the game and he’s another future all-star” said Head Coach Warren Rost, regarding the capture of the 18 year old.

“To be such a well-rounded player at such a young age is uncommon and for us it’s once again about working together to make sure he develops to his full potential over the next few seasons”

“One day he’ll be a player we build our offense around”

Eddie Temple’s jersey is available to sponsor on an own and loan basis for only £50. If you are interested please email gdanger@christies.com
