IÂ didn’t create an account, how do I renew my tickets?
Last season Ticketmaster accounts were created for you when you submitted your paper application.
The Account / Membership ID can be found printed on your 2013/14 season ticket in the box in the top left corner. An email was recently sent to you with a password for your account but if you did not receive this you can click the ‘forgot password’ link and a reminder will be sent to you via email.

The tickets in my account need changed. How do I do this?
As your tickets are on hold a member of Belfast Giants staff needs to make any changes to your account for you. If you call the office on 028 9046 0044 or use the help email on the Ticketmaster page we will be happy to make the necessary changes to your account and issue a new invoice for your tickets.
How long do I have to renew my tickets?
Existing season ticket holders have until April 30th to renew their seats before they are released on general sale. After this date it will be possible for someone else to purchase your seats. If you want to keep the same seats we suggest you renew before this date to avoid disappointment.
I don’t have a credit / debit card how else can I pay?
To avail of the monthly payment option you need to have a credit / debit card. Should you wish to pay in full you can also pay in cash of by cheque made out to ‘Odyssey Arena’.
With either cash or cheque payments we need an accompanying note giving your name, contact information and details of the tickets you are paying for.
Please call the Giants office on 028 9046 0044 and we can advise you of a suitable time and location to make your payment.Â Please do not arrive at the Odyssey Arena unexpectedly as the building is not accessible to members of the public.
