Paul Adey’s Team Are ‘Ready’ For Cardiff Challenge

Stena Line Belfast Giants Head Coach Paul Adey is aiming to win in Cardiff for a third time this season when he leads his side against the Devils on Thursday, face-off 7.30pm. The Giants have won 2-out-of-2 games in Wales so far this season and a third win against the Devils would see Belfast go two points clear at the top of the Elite League.

Ahead of this vital Elite League clash, Paul Adey gave his thoughts on the game:

“It’s a small rink and you do not have that much time on the puck, we’ll need to move it quickly and that’s exactly what we do well. Cardiff have made a slow start and they’re trying to find a solution to fix that. So obviously they’re going to be pumped up for this game and they’re not going to want to lose to us in their own building again and we’re going to have to be ready for them.”
