NEWS: England coaching seminar now open to club coaches

The England National Team Programme seminar for coaches announced last week is now open to club coaches.

The theme for the seminar is “Let’s Start The Conversation” with the aim of the session to promote and encourage greater collaboration between the coaching staff from clubs, conferences and England in respect of development of the EIHA’s Player Pathways.

The key note address will be given by Paul Thompson, head coach of Elite League’s Sheffield Steelers and a former Great Britain coach.

After expressions of interest from a number of coaches, this event is now open to club head coaches and senior team coaches.

The event is being held at Ice Sheffield on Wednesday February 15th from 6.30pm, a meal and refreshments will be provided. There is a nominal fee of £25 per club which is necessary to go towards covering the cost of food and venue.  This is an England National Team Programme event for which there is no EIHA subsidy or agreed budget hence the need to cover costs.

Places are strictly limited and will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Payment should be made by BACS or bank direct payment into the EIHA’s bank account. We can not accept cash on the day as we have no facilities for dealing with large sums of money.

The account details are: Sort code: 30 95 56 Account: 2847 6660.  In the reference box please use seminar and your coaches surname(s) so that we can allocate your payment correctly.
