Aaron Davies, One of Blackburn’s longest serving players has signed on the dotted line for season 2018-19.

The left shooting, 34yr old Cambridge born forward, standing 6ft tall and weighing in at 179lbs has been donning Hawks colours for 15 years.  He started his career at Flintshire Freeze in 1999-2000, moving to Manchester Phoenix in the EIHL in 2003. Aaron commenting on his return said, “I’m pleased to be back as a hawk and working with neilly and Duncs, will be great to be a part of what they are building. With what they have in place we will be competing. I can’t wait for the season to start and challenging for silver wear. We have the best fans and hope we can return their faith over the last few years with showing we are a good team and can compete.

On the honour of being granted a testimonial Aaron said, “I’m very humbled to be given this opportunity, playing for the Hawks for the last 15 years has been very rewarding and I can’t thank Mark and the club enough for the honour they have bestowed on me”.

Coach Duncs said on confirming Aaron’s return, “It’s great to have Aaron back on board for another season. Aaron has broken records at the club and has always come through with the big goals when it matters. He always comes to the rink ready to work and with the right attitude”.
