Flames captain David Longstaff will be back for a 4th season calling Spectrum home.  The only player ever to make 100 Caps with the British national side had his best season in Surrey when he bagged 38 goals and a team high 79 assists to top the club points chart at 117 while helping lead the outfit to a 2nd consecutive League and Cup winning campaign. In 3 seasons with the club, the Whitley Bay native has been in on 5 trophies going back to a playoff title to close out 2010-2011 ahead of back to back “double” terms.
