Final Olympic Qualification

The road to Sochi continues as teams tackle each other for a win takes all spot at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. Up to date scores and tables to follow the click here


7th – 10th February 2013

Venue –

Group D - Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany (Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Italy)

Group E - Riga, Latvia (Latvia, Great Britain, France, Kazakhstan)

Group F – Vojens, Denmark (Denmark, Ukraine, Belarus, Slovenia)


Tickets for all IIHF events are organised via the host associations. Check with the ticket vendor at the host arena.


Each team will play each other once and the top team after the 3 games will progress to the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia in 2014.

Neil Tucker

Neil has written on ice hockey for many websites concentrating on British ice hockey mostly. Neil also covers ice hockey in other countries and organises his Blueliner Hockey Tour. A graduate of the Manchester Metropolitan University Neil turned his hand to hockey writing in 2009. As well as contributing on Blueliner Hockey Neil has contributed to Get Real Hockey and Slapshot Magasine.
