Coulter back and dressed to the nine
The twenty-two year old will return for his fifth season as a Shark and will be expected to continue increasing the role he has in the team. The playmaking forward contributed twenty-seven points last season and will be looking to continue helping the team as they attempt to win more silverware.
Coulter himself remarked “I am happy to be back at my home town team for a fifth season and I am determined to keep improving and helping the team win. I felt
I played a good role last year and I want to build on that and have been working hard this summer to be ready for the new league”.
Coach Grubb commented “Joe is someone who I thought improved last year and became more responsible off the puck and that helped his game. He is a good skater and has good skills and if we can continue to develop his decision making to add to these skills then he will become a key part of our team. He is a character that is good to have in your dressing room and he works hard for the team and bringing him back was an easy decision for me”.
Coulter will line up in the Sharks forward unit and will wear his familiar #9 shirt.
