A Wild Welcome to Hemsec Panel Technologies
The RTL Widnes Wild are honoured to welcome aboard new sponsor, Hemsec Panel Technologies (HPT) for the 2017/18 season. HPT are based just up the road from Widnes in Rainhill and have a long history of supporting local sports team. HPT will not only be sponsoring this seasons kit but will also be attending Wild games to support Ollie Barron and the boys as they seek to build on last year’s playoff trophy and win the league.
More than 85 years after the business was founded, Hemsec Panel Technologies remain amongst the top composite insulated panel manufacturers in the industry. From the company’s beginnings in 1928, manufacturing ice cream and chill cabinets for major food manufacturers, HPT has developed one of the most technologically advanced ranges of highly engineered PIR fire rated, structural, insulated composite panels for use in internal applications and external envelopes.
HPT composite insulated panels have been installed as walls and ceilings into leading supermarket cold stores, food production facilities, factories, cold leisure facilities, distribution centres, clean rooms, research and design laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities and data centres throughout the UK.
Using a state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, the continuous production line within our 50,000 sq ft purpose built factory enables us to create pre-engineered and robust composite insulated panels up to 15 meters long, in a wide range of insulation thicknesses to meet appropriate U-values, fire resistance and structural requirements.
Owen Jones, Marketing Developer for HPT stated that “We actively seek to support local community sports, helping provide kits and funding equipment; so have had Widnes Wild on our radar for some time now. With the nature of our business being involved in a lot of cold environment buildings such as insulated cold stores and freezers, the chance to team up with our local ice hockey team is a great match and provides us both with an opportunity for a long and successful partnership.”
He went on to add: “The club also has a youth system starting at the Under-9’s level which we are very keen to help promote within our sponsorship, the Wild run vibrant school programmes too aiming to introduce children to ice hockey, and teach them how to play. We look forward to getting to their games at all levels this year.”
RTL Widnes Wild Chair, Matt Lloyd said,
“It’s fantastic that HPT have chosen to partner with the Wild next season as they have a real passion not only to deliver the best quality products but also for local sport. As we strive to win the league in only our fifth season it really adds to the positive atmosphere surrounding the club to have a company of the stature of HPT. Everyone at the Wild is really looking forward to what we hope will be a long and successful partnership.”
